Summit Sports operates youth sports facilities that bring together elite coaching, modern facilities, and community-first programming under one roof. Our family of brands includes K2 Academy and Top Flight Gymnastics, serving thousands of young athletes and their families.

What we saw

Fragmented youth sports facilities with incredible coaches but outdated operations. Great businesses run by passionate people who needed a partner, not a corporate overlay.

What we're building

A network of great youth sports facilities powered by shared technology, operational excellence, and a commitment to keeping the culture that made each gym special.

Top Flight runs the largest gymnastics facility in Northern Kentucky, in Crestview Hills. Preschool classes, gymnastics for ages 6 to 17, ninja, summer camps, and parties, all taught with low student-to-coach ratios. Part of the Summit Sports family.

What we saw

A community gym whose culture already matched ours: positive coaching, kindness, and kids measured by their effort as much as their skills.

What we're building

More programs and more families in Northern Kentucky, backed by the shared systems and technology that run across our gyms.

Explorers Learning Centers operates high-quality early childhood education programs that give kids the foundation they need to thrive. Our family includes Explorers Learning Centers at K2 and Candy Cane, providing nurturing, development-focused environments for the youngest learners.

Childcare and early education programs with deep community roots, strong enrollment, and owners ready for a partner who treats them as the trusted community institutions they are.

Each started with a problem we saw up close in youth sports and education. We built them through Long Road Ventures. All three are live with customers today.

Recruited and ready.

Set Point helps volleyball athletes find the colleges where they actually fit, then gets them ready to succeed once they're there. Real-time NCAA roster data, a College Readiness Score, and eligibility tracking. Free to start, free forever for college coaches, and we never sell athlete data.

What we saw

Families paying thousands for recruiting services that sell exposure instead of fit. We lived it as a family, and built Set Point with a volleyball player at the table.

iClassPro runs your gym. Hustle/Op grows it.

Hustle/Op sits on top of iClassPro and gives gymnastics gym owners marketing, enrollment, and financial clarity in one view. It connects in minutes, and its Cubby add-on handles childcare management for gyms that run preschool programs.

What we saw

Gym owners ran on good class software and a pile of spreadsheets for everything else. Revenue, retention, and marketing results never lived in one place.
